# Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in fair and transparent transactions. This policy explains your refund eligibility, cancellation process, and refund timelines for all Hygravity Solutions services.

## Overview

At Hygravity Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and software development services to clients globally. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations in a fair and transparent manner.

All services are governed by a signed agreement/proposal. This refund policy applies in conjunction with that agreement. In case of conflict, the specific project agreement shall prevail.

## Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service Not Started
Full Refund
If you cancel before any work has commenced on your project, you are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.

Work in Progress (< 25% complete)
Partial Refund (up to 50%)
If work has begun but less than 25% of the agreed scope is complete, a partial refund may be issued after deducting costs incurred.

Work in Progress (25–75% complete)
Partial Refund (up to 25%)
Significant work completed. A partial refund may be considered based on deliverables provided and resources utilized.

Work More Than 75% Complete
No Refund
When a project is near completion, refunds are generally not applicable. Final deliverables will be provided.

Delivered & Accepted
No Refund
Once a deliverable has been formally accepted or is deemed accepted (no objection within 7 days of delivery), no refund applies.

## Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Domain registration and hosting fees (third-party costs)
- Paid advertising budget (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) — already spent on platforms
- Software licenses, API subscriptions, or third-party tool fees procured on client behalf
- Rush or priority service fees
- Completed and accepted design rounds or strategy documents
- Training or consultation sessions already delivered
- Monthly retainer fees for months already serviced

## Cancellation Process

To cancel a service or project:

Send Written Notice

Email your cancellation request to hello@hygravity.com with your project details and reason for cancellation.

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
03
Assessment

Our team will assess the completion status and calculate any applicable refund.
04
Resolution

We will communicate the refund decision within 5 business days of acknowledgement.

## Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:
Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS)5–7 business daysUPI / Payment Gateways3–5 business daysInternational Wire Transfer7–14 business daysCredit/Debit Card (via Payment Gateway)7–10 business days (subject to bank processing)
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
