Hygravity Solutions understands that clients worldwide share sensitive business information, proprietary ideas, trade secrets, and confidential data as part of our working relationship. We treat all such information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
This policy outlines how we handle confidential information and our non-disclosure commitments. A formal NDA can be signed upon request before the commencement of any project.

Client Data Protection
All client data shared with Hygravity Solutions is subject to the following protections:
- Client data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
- Data is shared only with team members directly working on your project, bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Client credentials (login details, API keys) are stored securely using password managers with AES-256 encryption.
- Access to client data is revoked immediately upon project completion or contract termination.
- We do not use client data, content, or business information for training AI models or any internal purposes.
Source Code & Project Ownership
Full Ownership Transfer (Upon Full Payment)
Upon receipt of full and final payment, clients receive complete ownership of all custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables. Source code is transferred via agreed channels (GitHub, ZIP, etc.).
Retained by Hygravity
- • Proprietary internal frameworks and boilerplates
- • Reusable component libraries built before your project
- • Internal tooling, CI/CD configurations
- • Know-how and methodologies used in delivery
Payment Default
If full payment is not received, all deliverables, source code, and intellectual property remain the property of Hygravity Solutions until payment is cleared.
Non-Disclosure Commitment
Hygravity Solutions commits to:
- ▸Not disclosing any confidential client information to third parties without prior written consent.
- ▸Using confidential information solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
- ▸Informing clients promptly if we become aware of any unauthorized disclosure or breach.
- ▸Ensuring all employees, contractors, and subcontractors sign confidentiality agreements before accessing client data.
- ▸Maintaining confidentiality obligations for a period of 5 years after project completion.
Exceptions to Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations do not apply when:
- !The information is or becomes publicly known through no fault of Hygravity Solutions.
- !We are required to disclose information by law, court order, or government authority.
- !The information was independently developed without reference to client confidential information.
- !The client has provided written permission to disclose specific information.
